• Account: email, name, optional agency name, hashed password
• Tool inputs: property details, client first names, scenario context you provide
• Tool outputs: stored as history so you can refer back
• Payment data via Stripe (we never see your card number)
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for 30 days
• Optional Google Analytics with IP anonymization

• Provide the tools — send your inputs to xAI for AI generation
• Bill subscriptions via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmations) from noreply@hades.ae
• Improve the product via aggregate analytics — never your raw inputs

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your tool inputs are sent to xAI for AI generation. Per xAI policy, API requests are not used to train their models. Don't submit highly sensitive personal data (national IDs, full bank details) in tool inputs — use placeholders.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@hades.ae. We respond within 30 days.

Account + generations kept while active. Payment records kept 7 years per UAE FTA. Delete your account anytime — data wiped within 7 days.

UAE law applies, courts of Ajman Free Zone.
