Refund Policy

AgentsAI is operated by Hades Trading FZE, Ajman Free Zone, UAE. We want every paying customer to feel the platform earns its keep. This page explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and what we can't refund.

At a glance

  • Annual plans: 14-day full money-back on your first annual payment.
  • Monthly plans: cancel any time — you keep access until the end of your paid month. No partial refunds for the current month.
  • Yearly renewals: after the first year, annual renewals are non-refundable. You may downgrade or cancel before your next renewal.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

When you qualify for a refund

A refund is available if any of these apply within the eligibility window:

  • You purchased an annual plan in the last 14 days and have changed your mind.
  • The platform was unavailable to you for an extended period (downtime > 24 hours in a billing cycle) and we couldn't restore it.
  • You were charged in error (duplicate billing, billed after cancellation, etc.).
  • A feature you specifically subscribed for was removed during your billing period.

When refunds don't apply

  • Monthly subscriptions mid-cycle (cancel anytime, but the current month is not refunded).
  • Annual renewals after the first 14 days have passed.
  • Heavy usage of the platform before the refund request (we may decline at our discretion if > 50% of plan quota has been consumed).
  • Third-party costs we don't control (carrier fees, payment-processor fees, taxes).
  • Trial periods (no charge = nothing to refund).

How to request a refund

Two ways, both work:

  1. Open Account, click Request refund, tell us briefly why. We review and reply within 2 business days.
  2. Email hello@hades.ae with the email you signed up with and the reason.

If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method (Stripe). Bank-side processing typically takes 5-10 business days. We email you once the refund is sent.

Partial refunds

For edge cases (e.g. paid annual, used some of it, want to stop), we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion. This is not automatic — explain the situation in your request and we'll make a fair call.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us costs both sides ($15+ fees per dispute) and may result in suspended access while the dispute is investigated.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your paid period. Use the Manage subscription button in Account (it opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal).

Refund returns money already paid — limited to the cases above.

UAE consumer protection

This policy is intended to comply with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 15 of 2020). If you believe your refund request was handled unfairly, you may escalate to the UAE Ministry of Economy's consumer protection department.
